PHYTOPLANKTON REACTORS

M2M engineering designs and builds reactors for production of phytoplankton for applications in aquaculture and aquaria on small, medium and high volumes.

The types of reactors are different, for different technology depending on application and type of phytoplankton growth, and different volume of culture: 5-8-10-20-30-50-100-200 lt

The method of operation of the reactors can be continuous, batch and semi-batch depending on the type of model and type of application.

The reactors are provided with the request of several add-on for the optimization of production and management which may be manual - semi-automatic and fully automatic with direct injection in culture.

They also propose specific gas injection systems, injection and gas-mixing CO2 to maximize production, monitoring and control of chemical and physical parameters, injection systems and computer-optimized nutrients and additives CompoNet for optimum growth in culture systems simulation and optimization of solar radiation on growth with feedback, automated monitoring of biomass and automatic control, drainage and injection of phytoplankton produced in culture, exhaust, injection and automatic continuous production.

The systems are also optimized according to the type of phytoplankton to produce, especially fresh water, sea water, type of strain in growth.

The dimensions, monitoring and control systems, injection systems, etc. .. Can be designed, optimized and manufactured by M2M engineering also at the specific request of the customer based on the specific application.
